Ballycairn House - Larne

The amazing coastal views from the breakfast room and the comfortable artistic ambiance made our stay lovely. The homemade sweet treats every day were a good touch.

The family room was great, but I needed a nightlight for the dark bedroom.

The room was a nice size with central heating, a dining area, and ironing facilities.

What a lovely stay, no complains at all. The hotel was not only perfectly clean but perfect in every way. Lovely building and rooms by an ensuite bathroom with shower. Wonderful location to Johnnie Fox's Pub. Near the beach and a restaurant and the fields surrounding the home.

I loved the spacious family room but could've used a nightlight for the dark areas.

The location was wonderful, on the sea. The room was well-appointed and modern with a king size bed, large scenic windows, as example for a such wonderful stay...

the breakfast is delicious, and the location is stunning so close to so interesting landmarks, the local pub serving good beer and traditional food and amazing hikes and ruins and activities.

While the views are fine, light management could be improved. Some rooms lack nightlights for easy navigation when it's dark. The parking situation could use a bit more space, and the occasional noise from outside can disrupt the tranquility you're after. It's also a bit of a bummer that dining options are somewhat limited, with restricted hours that might not cater to night owls looking for a midnight snack.

Some rooms could benefit from nightlights for easier navigation at night, and the dining options might not suffice for late-night cravings.

Spent 2 nights in a Beautiful Family Room. The room was spacious with a walk-in shower, towels, and free toiletries. Loved having a dining area and the outdoor furniture in the beautiful garden. Breakfast was great. The evening snacks of homemade rhubarb pie were divine. Dee & Johnny are amazing hosts!

The hosts, johnny and dee, were just very nice. The breakfast was a highlight, with the best homemade treats and amazing views.

Johnny and Dee were super friendly. The homemade snacks were a sweet surprise, and breakfast each morning was a real treat. The location is a bit tucked away, so make sure to plan ahead if you're looking to head out late.

Staying at ballycairn house bed & breakfast was a highlight of our trip. Johnny and dee. The setting is beautiful, just minutes from the coastal road, and their breakfast was the best we had in ireland, complete with fresh local produce. We loved exploring the room filled with dee's handmade gifts, it was charming!
